Another week, a new set of challenges. Where shall we put the taps? Back wall, side wall, on the bar - we know where we'd like them to be but where does the lagging go, will the keg fit in too. It's a constant game of life-size Jenga but that's fun right?! Although those who have played the game know it's a frustrating one too.. On the plus side, the shelving unit - made of reclaimed gas pipes and worn timber is finished and looks amazing.. And also the lovely beer suppliers and breweries continue to surpass expectations with their friendliness and awesomeness. Next time, Beer tasting.. The hardest part of the job.
